Latest Notice related to COVID-19 In light of the full re-opening of NYC in early July, 2021, our bank will be reverting to normal operating hours effective 7/6/2021 (Tuesday), when both branches will be open for business: (1) on Monday through Friday (holidays excepted), during 8:30 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. (2) on Saturday (holidays excepted), during 10:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. At the same time, we will resume our normal practice of charging fees, service charges, penalties & late charges for the use of ATMs owned by our bank, overdrafts on account, early CD withdrawals, and past due loan payments, which practice had been temporarily suspended since March 2020 due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Though NYC has come a long way in its combat against COVID-19 and it is heartening to see that life is gradually returning to normal, the pandemic is not yet over and new variant strains continue to pose a threat in our daily lives. For the better protection of our customers and employees, therefore, we have opted to maintain, for the time being, our protocols on 'social distancing' and 'mask-wearing' for all visitors coming onsite.
